The project must adhere to the Downtown Overlay-Northside (DO-N) Design Guidelines and Standards, and requires DRC approval. The project was previously approved by the DRC on March 24, 2022 in item DR-2-22. The design approval has expired due to a lack of substantial development or commencement of the project, and the project design is being modified slightly.
