Site improvements are to include a new valve vault for reservoir control, combination air/vacuum relief valve stations at two points of connection to the existing distribution system, disconnection of two existing reservoirs, site fencing, permanent runoff and erosion control improvements, and construction of an all- weather gravel access roadway to the reservoir site. Work includes modification of well pump controls in a building remote from the reservoir site. This guarantee must be in the form of a certified check, bid bond, or cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The Contractor will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates of the general wage decision for the project, as set out in the bid proposal. Such rates will be made a part of the contract covering the project. The Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (U.S.C.A.
