Executing arrest warrants on a woman in Bigfork earlier this month led authorities to a suspected drug dealer and a cache of drugs and stolen guns and ATVs.

Flathead County Sheriff's Office deputies were looking for 25-year-old Moryssa Brooke Berry, an accused thief with two outstanding felony warrants, when they arrived at a Harbor Heights Boulevard home on July 2, according to court documents. As they walked toward the home, they spotted three people allegedly handling tinfoil and suspected fentanyl in an adjoining apartment.

Berry answered the door when deputies knocked and was arrested despite initially giving a fake name, court documents said. Jace Patrick Boles, 19, of Whitefish and another man exited the home shortly thereafter.

Deputies took Boles, who also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest, into custody. Searching him, they found cash sorted into $1, $5 and $20 bundles, which led investigators to suspect Boles of selling drugs, court documents said.

The other man in the home allegedly told authorities that he paid Boles $42 for fentanyl and had previously bought drugs from the 19-year-old.

A subsequent search of the home allegedly turned up eight guns, four of those reported as stolen, three stolen ATVs, a hallucinogenic known as DMT, a mix of ketamine and cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl in powder and pill form.

Prosecutors on July 3 charged Boles with felony criminal distribution of dangerous drugs and misdemeanor criminal possession of drug paraphernalia in Flathead County District Court. He is expected to appear before Judge Paul Sullivan on July 17 for his arraignment.

The 19-year-old is already facing a felony drug possession charge in a separate case in district court. Boles is scheduled to appear before Judge Heidi Ulbricht on July 31 for his arraignment in that case.

Held in the county jail after his arrest on $100,000 bail, Boles posted a surety bond on July 9.

Berry, meanwhile, has felony theft and bail jumping cases pending in Flathead County District Court. She remains in the county jail with bail set at $40,010.
