A Columbia Falls man accused of threatening his ex-partner and her spouse in early 2024 later saw the case dismissed.
Prosecutors filed a felony intimidation charge against Jonathan Harley Glode, 32, after he allegedly admitted to making the threats to Flathead County Sheriff's Office deputies on Jan. 5, 2024. Glode accused his ex and her spouse of abusing his child, according to court documents.
He pleaded not guilty in Flathead County District Court later that month. In November of that year, prosecutors moved to dismiss the case with prejudice during a status hearing before then-Judge Robert Allison.
With no objections from Glode's defense attorney, Allison ordered the case dismissed Nov. 26, 2024.
