The Bureau of Business and Economic Research at the University of Montana will provide a mid-year assessment of the U.S. and Montana economies with a special focus on taxes, tariffs and trade wars during an event in Kalispell on July 31 at noon at the Hilton Garden Inn. The Kalispell Chamber of Commerce holds a ribbon-cutting and grand opening for the Parkline Towers apartments is on Aug. 7 at 4 p.m. at 820 E. Idaho St., Kalispell.

The Kalispell Chamber of Commerce holds its Coffee Connect at Elevated Advisory & Accounting, 126 First Ave W., Kalispell on Aug. 8 at 8 a.m. The morning networking and relationship-building meeting features a host, spotlight speaker and testimonials from chamber members and an opportunity to pass the mic.

The Whitefish Chamber of Commerce’s Business Buzz is Aug. 8 at 8:30 a.m. at Clydesdale Creamery, 16 Baker Ave. The popular networking event offers the chance to make business-to-business connections and hear the buzz from the chamber staff.
