RITZVILLE — The inmate information below was provided by the Adams County Sheriff’s Office. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Willie Njoroge Kabucho, 43, was booked July 25 and charged with driving under the influence.
Jose Alfredo Trinidad-Cortes, 22, was booked July 24 and charged with driving under the influence.
Rodrigo Plascencia Cisneros, 66, was booked July 24 and charged with incest in the first degree, multiple charges of rape of a child and resisting arrest.
Lindsay Selene Whitney, 41, was arrested July 24, and charged with assault in the fourth degree, violation of a protection order and faced two unspecified Adams County warrants.
Ceje Lee Estrada, 41, was arrested July 23 on an unspecified Adams County warrant.
Estella Josette Madrigal-Larios, 22, was arrested July 22 on an outstanding unspecified Adams County warrant.
Stuart Lee McKenney, 35, was arrested July 22 and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, intimidation of a public servant and two unspecified Adams County warrants.
Sherri Nickole Morris, 36, was arrested July 22 on an unspecified Adams County warrant.
Angel Nathaniel Alvarez-Hernandez, 21, was arrested July 18 and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.
Mark Andrew Westenberg, 48, was arrested July 2 and charged with DUI.

James Anthony Rodriguez, 40, was arrested June 14 on an unspecified Adams County warrant.

Jesus Ariza, 32, was arrested Feb. 10 and faces three charges of violating a protection order with a previous conviction.
Brian Jedadiah Sumner, 46, was arrested Oct. 8, 2024, and faces charges of assault in the first degree, obstructing law enforcement officers, resisting arrest, attempting to elude law enforcement, assaulting a police officer in the third degree while the officer was performing his/her duties and two charges of assault in the second degree.
