An allegedly drunk and enraged woman who threatened her teenage daughters before firing off a gun and smashing a vehicle with a metal bat in early July faces multiple charges in Flathead County District Court.  

Prosecutors brought Lasaundra Sue Villalobos Konshur, 43, up on a felony count of criminal endangerment and a misdemeanor charge of partner or family member assault following the July 6 confrontation. She pleaded not guilty at her July 17 arraignment before Judge Paul Sullivan.  

Konshur is next expected in court Sept. 17 for a pre-trial conference.  

Flathead County Sheriff's Office deputies headed to Konshur's home on Willow Drive about 9:24 p.m. after receiving a call from one of her teenage daughters, according to court documents. The 16-year-old told dispatchers that Konshur, back from the bar, had armed herself with a gun and was allegedly beating on a car with a metal bat. The teenager also accused Konshur of taking a swing at her with the bat, court documents said.  

Speaking with the girl while en route, deputies encouraged her and her 13-year-old sister to exit the home, according to court documents. The pair said they could not — doing so would mean getting past the allegedly gun-toting Konshur who was continuing to slam things in the home.  

The pair eventually got outside and told arriving deputies that Konshur was upset over the apparent theft of items from the property, court documents said. Her anger increased when one of the teens said they suspected Konshur's boyfriend of being a thief. That's when Konshur allegedly threatened the older of the two girls and began hitting the 16-year-old's car.  

At some point, Konshur allegedly fired off between five and nine rounds from a gun she fetched from her room, the teens told deputies. The pair offered investigators a video of the confrontation, including footage of Konshur hitting the car with a bat, court documents said.  

The older teen told the authorities that she was afraid Konshur would hit her, according to court documents. She said Konshur had struck her in the past, court documents said.  

After calling the Northwest Montana Regional SWAT team to the scene, deputies attempted to phone Konshur, but the calls went to voicemail. She allegedly ignored instructions to exit the home via a public address system.  

Konshur eventually surrendered to the authorities, but not before they used a flashbang, performed two remote knocks and began breaching a bedroom window, court documents said. 

Felony criminal endangerment is punishable by up to 10 years in Montana State Prison and a $50,000 fine.
