LEGION BASEBALL: Holecek powers Lums past Spokane Crew

COEUR d’ALENE — Mark Holecek hit a two-run triple in the fifth inning, then added a two-run single in the sixth for the Coeur d’Alene Lumbermen ‘AA’ in a 15-6 win over the Spokane Crew 18U at Thorco Field on Tuesday. 

Jack Pierce had three hits and four runs scored and Kasen Noffke three hits and two runs scored for Coeur d’Alene (5-5). Aven Adams had a two-run single in the bottom of the third for the Lums. 

Elijah Williams had three hits and two RBIs for the Spokane Crew. 

The teams meet again on Thursday at Thorco Field at 6 p.m.
