Utah track and field
Peters, a sophomore from Post Falls High, finished 16th in the women's 10K race at the NCAA West Regional Track and Field Meet at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Peters, in her second 10K, finished in 34 minutes, 40.36 seconds.
Alex Karns
North Dakota State baseball
Karns, a 6-foot-4, 215 pound right-handed pitcher from Coeur d'Alene High, appeared in nine games for the Bison (21-34), finishing with 18.1 innings pitched and allowing 21 hits. North Dakota State advanced to the Fayetteville Regional, beating No. 23 Kansas on Saturday before falling to Creighton on Sunday.
Kodie Kolden
Dallas Baptist baseball
Kolden, a former Lake City High star, recently finished his first year at Dallas Baptist as an assistant coach after spending 2024 as the Patriots' Director of Player Development and Infield Coordinator. Kolden capped his college career at Dallas Baptist after transferring from Washington State in 2023, helping the Patriots to a school record 47 wins.
