Kristin McCollim, 32

It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Kristin Marie McCollim, 32, on Jan. 28, 2025. Kristin was a vibrant and beloved mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and friend to all, taken from us far too soon. 

Kristin was born May 16, 1992, in San Luis Obispo County, Calif. In 1993, her family relocated from Arroyo Grande, Calif., to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where she resided most of her life until approximately three years ago when she moved to Washington; most recently, Port Orchard. Kristin was known for her infectious smile, bright blue eyes, her kind giving heart and had a very promising future ahead of her. She was loved by so many and will be missed immeasurably. 

Kristin is survived by her father, Michael McCollim; mother Brenda West McCollim; daughters Ellee Drake and Sofia McCollim; sisters Nicole Arenz, Breanna McCollim and many close family/friends. She was predeceased by her daughter, Oaklee May McCollim, on May 6, 2024.  

A celebration of life will be held at Corbin Park, 896 S. Corbin Road, Post Falls, ID 83854, on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 1 p.m. Please come join us as we gather to share Kristin's life with stories, tears and laughter in celebration and remembrance of the time we were fortunate enough to have Kristin in our lives. We will forever cherish the memories of Kristin and invite you to bring any favorite stories, photos or memorabilia to share.

We will be serving snacks and drinks. Please bring a chair.
