Sandpoint DMV to reschedule appointments

SANDPOINT — The Sandpoint Driver's License office is experiencing technical issues as only one service terminal is functioning currently, county officials said in a press release posted to social media Wednesday. 

The office will not be accepting walk-in appointments, and some appointments will be rescheduled for a later date.  

In a Facebook post made June 11, Sheriff Daryl Wheeler apologized for the inconvenience, and said he hopes the office will resume a normal schedule by Monday, June 16.  

The Priest River Driver’s License office will remain open to help assist customers on a first come, first serve basis.
