Honky-Tonk Rodeo to bring country legends to life June 20 in Coeur d’Alene

Saddle up for a boot-scootin’, heart-thumpin’ night of music and memories!

Lake City Center will transform into a honky-tonk haven at 7 p.m. June 20 as the Rusty Jackson Band, Dexter King and Chrissy Summering present the Honky Tonk Rodeo — a high-energy live concert experience celebrating the golden era of country music.

From the heartfelt ballads of George Strait and Reba McEntire to the rowdy anthems of Garth Brooks, Brooks & Dunn, Chris LeDoux and Dwight Yoakam, this show will pay tribute to the artists who defined a generation of country fans. The event will features live performances, big harmonies and down-home storytelling — a musical ride through country’s most unforgettable hits.

“This show is our love letter to the country legends who brought joy, grit and soul to millions,” Rusty Jackson, local performer and show producer, said in a Sunday news release. “Whether you're a lifelong fan or just discovering classic country, you’ll leave with a full heart and sore feet from dancing!”
