Quincy man killed in collision identified

QUINCY — A Quincy man killed in a vehicle collision June 7 has been identified.
Gonzalo Villafana Alvarado, 36, was killed when he ran into the back of a semitruck at about 3:15 a.m. June 7, according to a press release from the Washington State Patrol. Villafana Alvarado was traveling at a high rate of speed, the WSP release said.
The driver of the truck, Randey Boen, 58, Quincy, was not injured.
The collision occurred on State Route 281 near the Quincy city limits, about a mile south of the intersection with State Route 28. Villafana Alvarado was pronounced dead at the scene, the WSP report said.

Boys and Girls Club logo allegedly used in Moses Lake scam
