Ray Welch American Legion Post 13 in St. Regis held a small flag retirement ceremony on Flag Day, Saturday, June 14 at their headquarters on Mill Creek Road. It was a solemn event but important to the membership for the honor in which they all had served their country. (Monte Turner/Mineral Independent)
