Pepper Rickert, a rising junior at Sandpoint High, right, and Mia Yoon of Bellevue, Wash., left, won the 16U girls doubles division of the USTA Pacific Northwest Juniors Sectionals Championship held Friday, June 20 through Monday, June 23 at the Yakima Tennis Club.
