Constance M. Koelker, 88, passed away May 24, 2025, in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Born on Aug. 24, 1936, in Washington, D.C., to Clinton and Mabel (Crews) Brown. Constance worked for the Sheriff's Department in Southern California.
Her academic pursuits led her to earn a bachelor's degree. In 1990, Constance and her late husband, Carl, moved from California to the Hope Peninsula. They later relocated to Coeur d'Alene in 1998.
Constance was preceded in death by her husband, Carl, who passed away in 2003.
In remembrance of Constance's life, a graveside service will be held Monday, June 30, 2025, at noon at Coeur d'Alene Memorial Gardens, located at 7315 N. Government Way, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815.
