COEUR d’ALENE — A multi-million-dollar project with luxury homes and amenities is in the works on the western shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene.

“Coeur d’Alene is beloved for its astounding natural beauty and CDA National Reserve delivers an incredible setting where members are encouraged to enjoy the pursuit of play while reveling in everything the pristine destination offers,” said John Cochrane, chief operating officer at CDA National Reserve, in a press release.

The developer, New Edge Living, is a Lyon Living company. CDA National will offer custom homesites priced from $535,000 and built residences priced from around $2.5 million.

The first of two new offerings are set to launch this summer, "representing the first real estate opportunities following acquisition of the property in 2021," the press release said.

Twenty-four residences on the 17th fairway called The Fairway Lodges will be priced from $2 million with reservations opening July 3.

Design is also underway on The Lake Lodges, a series of two-story duplexes with views of the lake and an outdoor roof deck.

The 1,000-acre nature preserve and private sporting club includes a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse, a complete rerouting of the championship Tom Weiskopf golf course and a world-class fitness and recreation complex.

The CDA National Reserve, formerly known as The Club at Rock Creek, is located just north of the Coeur d'Alene Reservation near Rockford Bay and has been operating since 2021.

The Clubhouse features a signature restaurant and bar with views of the golf course and indoor and outdoor seating in addition to a wine cellar, cigar lounge, golf shop and event spaces, the release said.

Other improvements include work on the trail complex for mountain biking, hiking and e-biking.

During the winter season, CDA National Reserve has partnered with Double Barrell Ranch to offer "the ultimate bird hunting experience."

According to the Spokane Journal of Business, it's a $165 million development.

CDA National also announced The Premier Longevity Membership, "a personalized, data-driven health program developed in partnership with local integrated medical practice, Clinic 5C."

Available exclusively to CDA National Reserve members, the membership includes direct access to the medical team at Clinic 5C in addition to monthly IV infusions, quarterly appointments, a custom supplement and health plan, an Oura ring to optimize health data tracking and access to recovery treatments, stem cell therapies and more.

“We’re excited to unveil new amenities and offerings that meet the needs of today’s discerning members and buyers who prioritize wellness and immersive experiences with family," Cochrane said.
