WILD ART-Libby VFD members climb against cancer

Four members of the Libby Volunteer Fire Department, Jason Sunell, Steve Scheer, Brian Hobday and Neil Benson participated in full turnout gear in the Firefighter Stairclimb Fundraiser Sunday, March 9 in Seattle's Columbia Center to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Hobday climbed the most steps, 3,619, while Benson was right behind with 3,556. Sunell climbed 2,419 and Scheer climbed 2,110. The Columbia Center stair climb features 69 flights, 1,356 Steps and 788 feet vertical elevation gain.
