A Pablo man is accused of what prosecutors say is his seventh DUI. Ronald Dale Quaring, 60, entered a plea of not guilty in District Court in Polson March 6 to felony DUI, fourth or subsequent.

According to court records, Quaring’s latest DUI stems from a traffic crash on Feb. 6 on Round Butte Road in the Ronan area. The charging documents show Quaring has six prior convictions for DUI.

Judge John A. Mercer set the case for trial on July 21. Quaring is at liberty under certain conditions which include alcohol monitoring.
