Joan Hahn, a loving mother, grandmother and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2025, at the age of 79, in her home, surrounded by family. 

Joan was born in Phoenix, Arizona and moved to Libby, Montana six years ago. Joan was known for her loving kindness and sweet smile.

Joan dedicated her life to her family, always there with a listening ear and a warm embrace. She was a devoted mother to Cheri, Julene and Michael; a grandmother to Sydnie, Kurt, Rob, Andrew, Isaac, Travis, Mary, Lauren and Hannah, who will forever cherish her memory. 

Beyond her role as a mother, she had a passion for quilting, reading, and serving others. She made a positive impact on the lives of many. Joan is survived by her loving family, including her husband, Richard Hahn; her children; and her grandchildren. Joan has eight great-grandchildren: Robbie, Ellia, Thomas, Miley, Kay, Jaxson, Teagan and Mason.
