NOTICE The Montana Department of Revenue, Alcoholic Beverage Control Division, announces the availability of one (1) new original Montana Retail On-Premises Consumption Beer and Wine License for the Polson quota area as the result of a license lapse. The available Montana Retail On-Premises Consumption Beer and Wine License for the Polson quota area may be located within the corporate limits of Polson or within 5 miles of Polson’s corporate limits but not further than the boundary that separates Polson from Ronan. A map of the Polson quota area can be located at mtrevenue.gov. This license is not eligible to offer gambling under Title 23, chapter 5, part 3, 5, or 6. PUBLIC NOTICE Western Montana Transit (WMT), a division of Western Montana Aging Services (WMAS), is applying for the Montana Department of Transportation’s 5311 Operating Grant in the amount of $76,098 for FY2026 (July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026). LEGAL NOTICE  The Lake County Commissioners will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Office of the Lake County Commissioners, Room 211 of the Lake County Courthouse on the following item:    EAST SHORE ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT REQUEST  W. Richard Roth and Viviane Roth, represented by agent Paul Bishop, are requesting a zoning text amendment within the East Shore Zoning District. The zoning text amendment would modify the current 50-foot setback for buildings from neighboring orchards and create an exemption which would allow accessory structures for agricultural use to not be subject to this requirement.
