Joyce was born in Muskogee, Okla., on May 27, 1949. She passed March 9, 2025. 

She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. 

She is survived by her two children, three stepchildren, one brother, numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

She requested no services.
