Fireplace forum set for Saturday

While the 2025 legislative session has ended for the year, area legislators have set a "fireplace forum" this coming weekend.
The May 3 forum is hosted by District 1 legislators Jim Woodward, R-Sagle; and Mark Sauter, R-Sandpoint. The forum will be held from 6-8 p.m. at Sandpoint Community Hall.
Woodward represents District 1 in the Idaho Senate and Mark Sauter represents District 1A in the Idaho House of Representatives.
Also representing District 1 is Cornel Rasor in the 1B House of Representatives seat.
