NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD     CONCERNING FISCAL YEAR 2026   DRAFT WASTEWATER AND DRINKING WATER  GRANT AND LOAN PRIORITY LISTS AND   ASSOCIATED INTENDED USE PLAN (IUP)     This notice fulfills the public information requirements of Idaho’s “Rules for Administration of Wastewater and Drinking Water Loan Funds” (IDAPA 58.01.12).    The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is accepting public comment on four draft water infrastructure funding documents: 1) State Drinking Water and Clean Water State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan (IUP); 2) State Drinking Water Planning Grant Priority List; 3) State Wastewater Planning Grant Priority List; and 4) Legislative Supplemental Funding Criteria and Priority List. NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE - To be sold for cash at a Trustee’s Sale on September 12, 2025, 10:00 AM at the Veteran’s Memorial Plaza North Entrance Admin Building, 451 N.
