WHITEFISH — The Libby Loggers jumped out to an early 5-0 lead after the first inning, added 10 runs in the fifth on their way to a 20-0 victory over the Whitefish Bulldogs in high school softball Monday.

Libby (12-9), erupted for 22 hits as a team, led by Danika Allen and Jayva Boehmler who each collected three. Allen was the only Logger who had multiple RBIs with two, while every other starter recorded at least one.

Whitefish was held to just one hit, an Elye Sharpnack single. Sharpnack took the circle for the Bulldogs and pitched a complete game, giving up 16 earned runs as the game was called in five innings due to the run rule.
