The proposal would limit the maximum occupancy for RVs on a single lot or parcel to 30 days per calendar year; allow up to two RVs on a single site; set minimum side and rear yard setbacks, permit RV parking in designated parking areas only, allow an RV to be occupied while a residence is under construction on the same lot with certain conditions, provide a definition for RVs that matches state code, and provide a dwelling definition that states an RV is not a dwelling. The public is encouraged to attend the hearings or provide written response. Any written comment greater than 1 page must be submitted at least 6 days prior to the hearing. Written material not exceeding 1 page may be read into the record the day of the hearing.
