STATEMENT OF COUNTY CLERK UNDER SEAL OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Bonner County Revised Code – Minor Land Division Moratorium Ordinance The Bonner County Clerk has approved the following summary of an ordinance under I.C. § 31-715A and believes it to contain a true and complete summary of the adopted ordinance and further provides adequate notice to the public of the adopted ordinance: SUMMARY OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE Bonner County, a political subdivision of the State of Idaho, pursuant to I.C. § 31-715A, hereby provides the following summary of an adopted ordinance: Ordinance #721 – Establishing a Moratorium on Minor Land Division Applications. An Ordinance of Bonner County, Idaho, enacted under the authority of Idaho Code § 67-6523, establishing a moratorium on the acceptance, review, or approval of Minor Land Division applications. The purpose of the moratorium is to allow Bonner County to evaluate and revise land use regulations to ensure consistent application, improve infrastructure standards, and address emergency access and environmental protection concerns. This moratorium will remain in effect for 135 days and is set to expire on October 1, 2025, unless otherwise repealed or extended pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-6523.
