Sandpoint Strikers High School Girls win HOTSHOT title

The Sandpoint Strikers High School Girls soccer team recently won the U17/U18 division of the 34th annual Bill Eisenwinter HOTSHOT Tournament held Friday, May 9 through Sunday, May 11 in Coeur d'Alene, Spokane Valley and surrounding areas. The girls went to 2-0-1, defeating the Laurel Storm Soccer Club of Billings, Mont. (2-0), the Spokane Legacy Soccer Academy (1-0) and tying with the Big Sky Futbol Club of Big Sky, Mont. (2-2).
