Idaho Department of Environmental Quality  LEGAL NOTICE OF CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION  FOR THE PROPOSED SANTA FERNWOOD WATER & SEWER DISTRICT WASTEWATER PROJECT    The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has reviewed the categorical exclusion (Cat Ex) prepared and issued by the USDA-Rural Development on April 8, 2025, for the Santa Fernwood Water Sewer District Wastewater Project. DEQ concurs with the Cat Ex made as the environmental determination by USDA- Rural Development, and hereby adopts it to satisfy the DEQ environmental document review requirements for the referenced project.
