Sandpoint Strikers 2013 girls win three matches at Idaho State Cup

The 2013 Sandpoint Strikers girls travel soccer team recently won three out of their four matches at the Idaho Youth Soccer Association State Cup Finals, which was held Friday, May 16 through Sunday, May 18 in the Greater Boise area. Coached by Adam Tajan and Luke Anderson, the girls ended group play in a three-way tie for first place. Although the tiebreaker didn't fall in their favor, they remained determined and went on to win the U12 division's third-place match by a score of 4-0 over the Idaho Rush Soccer Club of Boise.
