Judith Ann Martin Delcomte, 80 years young, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, passed away peacefully Oct. 25, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. She was born July 28, 1945, in Livingston, Mont. Judy was the beloved daughter of Cecil Herbert Martin and Katherine Vennes. She grew up in a close-knit family alongside her two sisters, Carol and Bonnie, as well as her grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins, relationships that shaped her early years and remained important throughout her life.

Judy married Glen Leslie Delcomte in 1968, and together they built a loving home in Kellogg, Idaho, filled with laughter, warmth and shenanigans that brought joy to everyday life. She was a devoted mother to Mashell Parks (West Jordan, Utah), Steven Delcomte (Spokane, Wash.), Warren (Kelly) Delcomte (Spokane, Wash.), LaDawna (Doug) Massender (Spokane Valley, Wash.) and Lezlie Ramos-Delcomte (Ezequiel Ramos Rodriguez) (Hayden, Idaho), and a cherished grandmother to Katherine, Jacqueline, Noah, Chelsie, Timothy, J.J.,[ Baby Delcomte] Tiler, Dougie, Bailey, Joe, Cali and Aime; and loving Granny to Malachi and Astrid.

Throughout her life, Judy was known for her kindness, strength and sense of humor. She had a deep passion for family history and generously shared her knowledge with anyone seeking to discover their roots. Her dedication to family history was more than a hobby; it was a way to connect generations and preserve stories that might otherwise be lost. She was deeply involved in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her faith was a guiding force in her life, and her quiet acts of service left a lasting impression on those around her.

She is survived by her five children, 13 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren and was preceded in death by her husband, Glen, her parents and two sisters.

A memorial service will be held Nov. 12, 2025, at 1 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2293 W. Hanley Ave., Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Friends and family are invited to attend and celebrate her life. A viewing will be held at noon before the service at the church. Burial will follow (family only, please) at Pack River Cemetery, 7710 Colburn Culver Road, Sandpoint, ID 83864.

We take comfort in knowing that she is now held in the loving arms of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Her love will live on in our hearts forever. Until we meet again.
