NOTES: Carr, who recently committed to run track and field at Oregon, won the 2024 title at Eagle Island State Park in 18:50.72, beating Timberlake’s Vanessa McLachlan by 20 seconds … Carr was 18th as a freshman in 2022 in Lewiston … Junior Lola Eggleston (14th) and senior Malia Miller (20th) were state medalists last year for the Timberlake girls, who finished third … Carr (17:44.9) and Eggleston (18:19) lead the state girls rankings … Timberlake junior Caleb Royce (third at 15:31) and Jonathan Barnhart (fourth at 15:41) are ranked in the top five by Athletic.net … Timberlake’s Jacob Barnhart won the 2022 boys race at Lewiston Orchards … McKenna Kozeluh, the former Coeur d’Alene Charter star, holds the Lewiston Orchards record, winning in 17:43.8 in 2022.
