On September 10, 2025, LTE Wireless INC (“LTE”) filed an application for designation as an eligible telecommunications carrier (“ETC”) (“Application”) with the Montana Public Service Commission (“Commission”). 2. In its Application, LTE seeks ETC designation solely to provide Lifeline services to qualifying Montana consumers. LTE states it will offer services using its own facilities as well as using the facilities of TMobile through a wholesale agreement with PrePaid Wireless Group. LTE requests ETC designation in accordance with the map in Attachment A, including federally-recognized Tribal lands. 3.
