Whitefish Christian Academy volleyball first in league

The Whitefish Christian Academy volleyball team concluded an historic season this fall as the seventh/eighth grade girls team went 18-2, finishing first in the Flathead Valley Rural League.  

The team also finished second in the Stillwater/Evergreen Tournament, which hosts many of the biggest schools in the valley.  

In the Rural League Tournament, WCA defeated Trinity Lutheran in the title match. WCA’s league title is the second in their volleyball program’s recent history. The fifth/sixth grade team won last year.  

WCA won games against Evergreen, Ronan and Whitefish Middle School to make it to the final of the Stillwater/Evergreen Tournament, where they met West Valley.
