City of Bonners Ferry Boundary County, Idaho Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Advertisement for Proposals Separate sealed Proposals for “RFP - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Solution, City of Bonners Ferry, will be received by the City of Bonners Ferry at 7232 Main St., Bonners Ferry, ID 83805, until 3:00 PM local time on December 1, 2025, and then be publicly opened and read aloud at Bonners Ferry City Hall. The City of Bonners Ferry (“City”) is evaluating software solutions that will provide the City with a long-term Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. The solution will replace the City’s current processes and financial/permitting system. The proposed solution should provide and support all specifications and requirements identified in this RFP. Proposers offering hosted services or software as a service (SaaS) systems are encouraged to propose, but “cloud” services are not required. The City currently uses Tyler Technologies ERP Pro 10 Software, for utility billing and financial planning as well as many manual processes in Microsoft Office. The goal of this project is to have a comprehensive integrated and user-friendly system to provide staff and residents information and services at a variety of city levels. The following list represents required key components: • All employees have access to the system for inquiry purposes. • Ability to have an executive dashboard/overview screens. • Ability for global searches across all software modules. • Any and all costs for implementation of this software including but not limited to travel, training, etc., must be included in the proposal. • Any conversion costs must include on-site visits and data field mapping. • Training for the software must be included in the proposal.
