Courtesy photo Swimmer John Misner was recently named Post Falls High School Athlete of the Week. Misner, a sophomore, won both his individual events at regionals. In the 200 medley relay he swam backstroke and the team broke the school record and qualified for state with their win. In the 200 IM he was seeded third going into the event and dropped four seconds to get first. He also won the 100 backstroke and was a part of the 400 free relay that took third.
