Chamber welcomes Numerica Credit Union to organization

PONDERAY — The Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce welcomed Numerica Credit Union to the chamber with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

A new, full-service Numerica Credit Union branch, located at 200 Bonner Mall Way in Ponderay, opened its doors Nov. 4. This is Numerica’s first branch in Bonner County and its 16th in the North Idaho and Spokane region. The branch offers a full suite of services, including savings and checking accounts, loans, mortgages and investment services.

“Numerica’s core purpose is to enhance lives, fulfill dreams and help build vibrant communities,” said Carla Cicero, Numerica president and CEO. “As a credit union, a member-owned financial cooperative, our goal is to support our members’ financial success and contribute to the growth and success of the cities and regions we serve. We look forward to offering a comprehensive array of consumer and business financial services to everyone who lives and works in Ponderay, Sandpoint and the surrounding areas.”

In celebration of the new location, Numerica invites the community to visit the branch Nov. 12-15 to enjoy complimentary treats from local partners. Daily offerings include cookies and pastries from Bluebird Bakery, pet-themed goodie bags from All About Paws, coffee from Jitterz Espresso and craft kits from Creations Art Studio.

Regular branch hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
