NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  ANNEXATION REQUEST    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Hayden Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at Hayden City Hall Council Chambers, 8930 N.
