George J. Hill, 86, formerly of Sheridan, Wyoming, died in Walla Walla, Washington, Nov. 12, 2025.
He was born in Kalispell on June 24, 1939. George was the sixth of seven sons, born to Otto C. Hill and Ruth Elizabeth Gasser Hill.
He graduated in the class of 1959 from Sheridan High School. He married Sharon Collins in 1961; together they had two sons, Jeffery S. Hill (Aimes) and Monte L. Hill (Aimes).
In 1979 he moved to Walla Walla where he had many jobs, but the one he was most proud of was working for D&K Frozen Foods as a forklift driver, where he worked for 17 years. During his time at D&K, he met Levrada, the love of his life.
He is survived by his longtime caregiver, Cari Aguayo and her family, his sister-in-law Rose Hill, nephew Mark Hill, several nieces, his two sons, Jeffery and Monte Hill (Aimes), best friend John Martin, and half-sister Mary J. Wallace.
He was preceded in death by his parents, all six siblings and his beloved Levrada.
