Plains junior Cody West earned second team recognition for his play at defensive back for the Horsemen.

Defensive and offensive league most valuable players were also selected. Senior Derrick Brovold of regular season champion Seeley-Swan was named defensive MVP and senior McCoy Townsend of Darby earned offensive MVP honors
