Bigfork Butterballer
The 5th annual Thanksgiving 5k run is Nov. 27 at 9 a.m. on the Bigfork Nature Trail.
Board of Adjustment
The Flathead County Board of Adjustment meets Dec. 2 at 6 p.m., 40 11th Street West, Suite 200, in Kalispell.
Christmas Market
Christmas Market at Ferndale Community Hall is Dec. 5 from noon to 7 p.m. Jewelry, ornaments, breads, gingerbread cakes, other baked goods, wreaths, crocheted and knit products, gift baskets, soaps and more.
Bigfork Middle School Winter Market
Bigfork Middle School students are organizing a Winter Market Dec. 5 form 4:30-6:30 p.m. to showcase local businesses and student made crafts and decorations. They are also inviting local vendors to join in with school appropriate products.
Parade of Lights
The Parade of Lights starts at 6 p.m., filling downtown Bigfork with dazzling floats, music and community spirit. The evening culminates with the arrival of Santa Claus at the Bigfork Center for the Performing Arts, where he’ll be available for photos until 8 p.m.

The Flathead County Planning Board meets Dec. 10 at 6 p.m., 40 11th Street West, Suite 200, in Kalispell.
School Board
Bigfork School Board meets Dec. 10 at 5 p.m. at the Bigfork High School library.
West Shore craft night
West Shore Community Library hosts a craft night the second Tuesday of the month from 6-8 p.m. Free and open to all adults.
West Shore Community Dinner
The free community dinner is on the second Friday of each month from 5-6:30 p.m. Meet at The Gathering Place in Lakeside.
Bigfork Senior Center
Hot lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Recommended donation for meals is $4 for seniors age 60 and over, $6 for non-seniors.
Community meal
A free community meal is at Bethany Lutheran Church every Wednesday. Doors open at 5:45 p.m. The church is at 8559 Montana 35.
Lakeside Senior Lunch
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m.-noon, at the Lakeside Chapel Gathering Place. To reserve a plate call Janice at 406-250-0148. $4 for 60 and older, $6 for anyone under 60.
