Lucky Mountain Microblading helps women look, feel their best

I grew up in the Tri-Cities, Wash., and have always loved to write. I attended the University of Washington, where I earned a double major in journalism and political science, with an area of emphasis in history. I am the fifth out of six kids — don't believe any of the stories that my siblings tell. To be able to tell others stories and take photos for a living is a dream come true — and I considered myself blessed to be a community journalist. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking and spending time outdoors, genealogy, reading, and watching the UW Huskies and the Seattle Seahawks. I am a servant to my cat, Frankie, who yes, will eat anything and everything in sight … even wedding cookies. | November 19, 2025 1:00 AM
SANDPOINT — Amanda Bailey wants women to look — and feel — their best.
That’s why she launched Lucky Mountain Microblading, a new business offering semi-permanent cosmetics. Among the services offered by the Bonner County business are creation of a natural-looking tattoo of the eyebrows, microblading, tattooed freckles and tattooed eyeliner.
“It’s an honor to help people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin,” Bailey said.
All of the services are designed to enhance natural beauty with precision and artistry. Bailey takes care to use safe, high-quality pigments and techniques that deliver soft and natural results.
After moving to North Idaho, the Lucky Mountain Microblading owner is working to build a clientele in North Idaho. She wants to build lasting relationships in the community by offering natural-looking results and personalized care that are high quality and designed to help women feel their best.
While semi-permanent cosmetics might be unfamiliar to some, Bailey said she takes care to ensure safety and that clients are comfortable during their session. The results are natural and customized to each individual.
“I’ve created a calm, welcoming studio where clients can relax and feel cared for from start to finish,” Bailey said. “I’m passionate about providing an experience that feels personal and grounded — combining professional skill with genuine connection.”
As word of her studio grows, Bailey said she loves to see how confident clients feel after their sessions.
“It’s been exciting to see how something as simple as beautiful, natural brows can make such a difference in people’s confidence and daily lives,” she added.
Over the next year, Bailey said she’d like to strengthen her roots in the community and collaborate with other local businesses. Her vision is to create a lasting space where people feel confident, cared for and beautiful in their natural skin.
“The most powerful message I want to share is that beauty should feel like you,” Bailey said. “My goal is to enhance what’s already there — helping each client feel confident, natural and authentically themselves. Microblading isn’t about perfection, it’s about alignment and self-expression.”
Lucky Mountain Microblading is located at 210 Triangle Drive, Suite F, Ponderay. Bailey can be contacted at 208-627-9790, online at luckymountainmicroblading.com or by email at [email protected].
