Thanksgiving Dinner – 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Nov. 27 at the Ronan Boys and Girls Club, 62379 US Hwy 93, Ronan; Everyone is welcome for a full Thanksgiving meal. 

Thanksgiving Community Dinner – 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 27 at the Polson Elks Lodge, 512 Main Street, Polson; call early to reserve a dinner, with all the fixings, at 406-249-2067. There are a limited number of meals, which must be picked up at the door (unless prior arrangements are made for delivery).

Community Thanksgiving Dinner – 11 a.m. Nov. 28 at the Ronan Community Center; everyone is welcome to enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving feast. Pie donations can be dropped off at Ronan Valley Bank or Glacier Bank. Volunteers are needed; please contact Brandy at 406-250-8808 for more information.  

Shop Small Saturday & Polson Tree Lighting – Nov. 29 in Polson; support small businesses from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., then head to the Lake County Court House at 6 p.m. to kick off the holiday season. The festive atmosphere will be filled with Christmas carols, hot cocoa and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. 

Community Dinner Potluck – 6-8 p.m. Nov. 30 at The Red Poppy, 1 Eisenhower Street Southwest, Ronan; Free dinners open to everyone. 

Arts & Crafts in Polson – 1-4 p.m. Wednesdays at Summit Independent Living, 3 Ninth Ave. West, Suite 1 in Polson; join CSKT elder Tammie Miller for an afternoon of crafting, companionship and snacks. Bring a craft project or use available materials to start one. Open to people of all abilities; call 406-215-1604 for more information.

Cheerful Heart Cancer Support Group – 10-11 a.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month in the third floor Leahy Conference Room at St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson; pastor Matthew Connolly leads the group, which welcomes those recently diagnosed or undergoing treatment, cancer survivors, and/or family members. Kiwanis – first Thursday of the month, noon at KwaTaqNuk Resort, and third Thursday of the month, 5:30 p.m. at Bunkers, Polson Bay Golf Course; Kiwanis is an international organization dedicated to improving the world one child, one community at a time. Meetings are open to the public.

Open Mic and Jam – 7 p.m. Fridays at the Western Montana Musicians Co-op, Main Street in Ronan; also on tap is a weekly Community Jam at 7 p.m. Saturdays. Learn more at www.mtmusic.org.
