Rex Theater to host free showing of “The Grinch” with visit from Santa

The Rex Theater will present a free family Christmas movie event featuring “The Grinch” on Saturday, Nov. 29. The holiday show will include a special visit from Santa Claus.
Doors open at 1 p.m., and the film begins at 2 p.m.
Organizers say that the animated feature offers a funny and heartwarming take on the classic Dr. Seuss story, celebrating the spirit of Christmas and the power of optimism.
The event is open to all ages at no cost. “The Grinch” (2018) is rated PG.
