Up North Distillery is celebrating ten years in the business with the release of the "10-Year Honey Reserve Spirit," crafted from pure honey and aged ten years in oak.

POST FALLS — Up North Distillery is inviting the community to a 10th anniversary release party from 5 to 8 p.m. today at their Post Falls tasting room, 846 N. Boulder Court.
Guests will have the opportunity to sample its Reserve Honey Spirit Bourbon and help celebrate a decade of craft distilling in North Idaho.
The vintage is described as a "rare expression crafted entirely from pure honey and aged a full 10 years in oak, and embodies a decade of quiet transformation. Rich, complex, and unlike anything else on the market."
Up North is one of six distilleries nationwide producing spirits from 100% honey mash.
"This spirit captures what we love about distilling," said Up North founder Randy Mann. "Ten years ago, we laid down this honey spirit not knowing exactly how it would evolve. The result is something truly remarkable — a one-of-a-kind reflection of our journey and community."
