POST FALLS — Work on the 50,000-square-foot mixed-use "Nonna" building is moving along, with the expected completion date falling in mid-October of 2026, according to HDG architecture.

The four-story building will have commercial space on the ground floor and 33 apartments dispersed through the remaining three floors. Tenant and street parking allowances are also planned for the property.

At this time, the only publicly disclosed future tenant is HDG Architecture, which is heading the project. The firm is headquartered in Spokane.

"We're opening a second office for our Idaho clients in the building," Business Development Director Olivia Handel confirmed.

Located right across from Post Falls City Hall at Fourth and Spokane streets, Nonna "is designed to become a cornerstone of the city’s growing urban core," HDG Architecture shared in a social media post.

"The project reflects the energy and evolution of North Idaho’s downtown scene," the firm added.
