One arrested for domestic assault near Ritzville

RITZVILLE — On Tuesday, Adams County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the westbound Schrag rest area for a reported domestic assault.  

According to ACSO, two subjects were allegedly assaulted, including the subject's partner and grandchild.  

ACSO Deputies and Washington State Patrol Troopers were able to detain a 64-year-old man from Buckley. After investigation, he was booked into jail on suspicion of two counts of fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.
