The Dairy operation shall apply “Best Management Practices” as identified by the U.S. Department of Agricultural, Natural Resource Conservation Service, and the North Grant County Conservation District to address, odor, dust, flies, and water quality. Roads within the project boundaries shall be constructed such that dust from vehicle traffic is kept to a minimum (i.e. paved, large cobble, or other accepted and approved methods).
