Holiday cheer arrives with Hometown Holidays

The Bonners Ferry Chamber of Commerce is kicking off the festive season with two community events on Saturday, Dec. 6. Being held are the annual Ladies on the Loose shopping day and the Hometown Holidays celebration on Main Street.

Ladies on the Loose will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., offering a full day of holiday cheer, shopping, treats and activities at participating local businesses. The event encourages residents to shop locally while enjoying themed promotions, snacks and giveaways throughout town.

Hometown Holidays will follow from 3 to 6 p.m. on Main Street, featuring Santa, cookies, a coffee bar and various raffles. Local businesses and sponsors will host activities and displays, and families are invited to stroll downtown and take part in the holiday festivities.

Both events are organized by the Bonners Ferry Chamber of Commerce with support from area businesses.
