Heritage Place Senior Living is requesting bids from qualified, licensed electrical contractors for an Electrical Panel Replacement Project consisting of the replacement of all apartment electrical panels and associated junction enclosures within designated buildings, including supplemental main power junction/distribution boxes located adjacent to panels in areas where additions were constructed. Many existing distribution panels are damaged internally and require full replacement. All replacement panels must be new UL-listed equipment, wiring methods must meet current electrical code, Idaho State electrical permits are required, and contractors must ensure minimal disruption to residents throughout the project.
